This reflects a solid gain of approximately 6.1% compared to this same month last year, representing an increase of about $53,000. Over the past decade, the market has seen remarkable appreciation, recording an approximate 92.8% increase in value, a rise of about $443,000.

Katoomba house prices, as of August 2025, stand at approximately $832,500, reflecting a solid 6% gain from this same month last year, and an impressive 85% surge over the past decade. These figures represent sustained strength, coinciding with broader regional demand trends and maintaining the area’s premium position.
