Klara Novak

With a strong foundation in communication, professionalism, and service, I bring a unique perspective to my role as part of the Receptionist and Sales Support team at Ray White Upper Blue Mountains.

Before entering the real estate industry, I spent seven years working in law enforcement in Canberra and Young. This experience sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, work collaboratively, and engage with people from all walks of life—skills that now help me support both our team and our clients with confidence and care.

The Blue Mountains has been home for over 24 years. After a few years away, I returned in 2022 with my young family, drawn back by the region’s natural beauty and the strong sense of community. It’s a place I’m proud to live, work, and raise my children.

My passion for real estate and property design was inspired by my late mum, with whom I spent countless hours on renovation job sites growing up. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong interest in homes, spaces, and helping others find where they truly belong.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two, and I love spending time bushwalking with my family, cooking up a storm, listening to music, and exploring the local shops and markets.

I’m proud to be part of a dedicated team that shares a genuine commitment to the Blue Mountains community—and to helping people feel at home here, just like I do.
