Caroline is a highly efficient, customer-focused administration professional who has over 21 years experience in the real estate industry. She has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of office administration run smoothly.
Caroline worked in the travel industry in Sydney for many years but since deciding to move back to her home in the Blue Mountains she has found her natural fit at Ray White. She has worked in real estate since 2004 beginning her real-estate career in sales support and marketing. Her natural affinity for helping people saw her transition to receptionist in charge of the busy front office. Caroline moved into the role of office administrator & property management associate for Ray White, a role she is perfecly suited to with her high level of experience and organisational skills. She is now back running the front office as manager and supporting the sales team.
Community minded, Caroline uses her unsurpassed organisational skills to coordinate community and charity events such Ray White Gala Night in September 2024 raising funds for local charities Thrive Services and Blue Mountains Womens Health and Resource Centre and other national charities such as Redkite, Leukaemia Foundation, McGrath Foundation, MS Australia, Cancer Council, The Kids Cancer Project, Children's Cancer Institute, Starlight Super Swim, One Foot Forward and Dry July.
Caroline has developed an intimate knowledge of the Ray White business forging long-term clients and contacts throughout her career. She is organised, a multi-tasker, a team player and above all brings fun into the office.
